- Use the ViveHome health monitoring system (wearable device, screen and software)
- Use our web or mobile dashboards as a main user, next of kin or healthcare professional

3. What Data We Collect
3.1 Data you provide to us
Website visitors
When you use our Website, you may provide us with:
- Contact details (such as name, email address, telephone number) when you fill out contact forms, request information or sign up for news or pre-launch interest
- The content of messages you send us (support requests, general inquiries, feedback)
Main users (patients / end users)
When you register as a main user and use ViveHome, we may collect:
- Identification and contact data: name, contact information, user ID or account identifier
- Basic profile data: age or age range, gender (where provided), language preferences
- Medical context (where relevant and provided by you or your healthcare provider): diagnosed conditions, relevant risk factors or treatment plans, other health-related information you choose to share
Next of kin / caregivers

- Relationship to the main user
- Account and login details for our dashboards
- Notification preferences (how and when you wish to be alerted)
Healthcare professionals
If you are a healthcare professional using ViveHome in cooperation with patients, we may collect:

- Organization/clinic details
- Contact information (email, phone)
- Account and login details
- Logs and audit trails of access to user data, for security and compliance
3.2 Data collected automatically through the ViveHome system
For main users, when the ViveHome armband, screen and software are active, we may collect and process:
- Vital signs and physiological data: heart rate/pulse, blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂), body temperature, blood pressure (where supported)
- Derived metrics and trends: sleep patterns and duration, indicators of stress or strain, activity levels and rest periods, historical trends
- Alert and event data: triggers, time/context of alerts, who received alerts
- Device and technical data: device identifiers, timestamps, synchronisation, connectivity status and error logs, battery/system status
In some configurations, location-related information may be processed (for example for “safety zone” or geofencing functionality). Where such features are active, this will be clearly described in the user settings, and location processing will be limited to what is necessary to provide the function.
3.3 Data collected automatically on the Website
When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect information such as:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Referring URLs and pages visited on the Website
- Time and date of your visit, and the time spent on pages

We use Meta’s advertising platforms (including Facebook and Instagram) to reach people who may be interested in ViveHome and our services. When you interact with our ads (for example by viewing, clicking or filling out a form), Meta may collect information about that interaction as an independent data controller, in accordance with Meta’s own terms and privacy policy.
In some cases, we may receive limited information from Meta, such as:
- That you clicked on an ad and visited our Website
- That you submitted a lead form (for example your name, email address and any other details you chose to provide)
We use this information to:
- Follow up on your request
- Measure and improve the performance of our ads
- Avoid showing the same ads repeatedly to the same people
We do not receive your Meta password or direct access to your Meta account, and we do not sell personal data to third parties. Where required, we will ask for your consent before using such technologies.
