ViveHome leverages advanced technologies to provide information simply and efficiently. With Day and Night modes, the screen light adapts to avoid disturbing the user at night, ensuring comfort at all times.
Warning Alert
The ViveHome alert system detects any abnormal parameter in real time and immediately notifies the primary caregiver. If no response is received within a few minutes, the system automatically contacts the next caregiver on the list, ensuring a prompt response at all times.
Changing people's lives
Designed to respond to any critical situation, ViveHome provides caregivers with confidence in a system that avoids unnecessary alarms. Monitoring can be temporarily disabled or alarms stopped if required. Caregivers can also access the system at any time to supervise the user's vital parameters.
Screen System
The system operates through the MainScreen, with the option to add an ExtraScreen for spaces larger than 40 m². This ensures optimal coverage and efficient operation. For best performance, we recommend placing the MainScreen no more than 5 meters from where the watch user spends most of their time.
24/7 Support
The support system is designed to assist you whenever needed. You can submit tickets detailing the issue you are facing or, in case of an emergency, contact the support team directly for immediate assistance.

Assistance/Panic alert button
With ViveHome, you can rest assured that in case of any need, you'll have an alarm button at your disposal. This button notifies the assigned caregivers if assistance is required or if the user experiences a moment of distress. By pressing and holding it for 5 seconds, an alert will also be triggered.
