We want you to be confident in your ViveHome purchase. Returns and refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and the terms shown at checkout.

Hardware returns

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within a reasonable time so we can arrange repair, replacement, or refund where applicable. Products should be returned in original condition where possible.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees can be cancelled according to the terms presented when you sign up. Refunds for unused periods may apply where required by law or our refund policy.
